This document contains the key findings of the technical review in relation to the effects of odour emissions from the site in question; the comments on NCI Packaging's review of odour control techniques; and recommendations to NCI Packaging for further work that could be undertaken to better understand the effects of the site's odour emissions and/or options to improve odour management.
