“1. I suggest that it would be appropriate for you to develop the capability for people to register
as regular uses of a specific bus, and receive an email/text notification if the service is
cancelled. This would be especially appropriate for one-a-day services such as the 685 school
bus cancelled this morning.
2. This is a request under LGOIMA or otherwise for (a) all information relating to the
scheduling/cancellation/performance of the 685 morning bus on 9 Feb 2026 (eg the decision to
cancel this service instead of a different service); and (b) all relevant policy and other
documents that explain how, in response to driver or bus capacity issues, the decision is made
which service to cancel.”
