1. What was the cost of the clearance works undertaken by the GWRC at the Waimeha stream 
mouth on Monday 9 February.
2. What explanation or analysis can be provided for the substantial increase in cost of works at 
Waimeha in July 2025. Was the same contractor involved as in previous years or had the work 
been tendered. 
3. What consultation with KCDC or others has been undertaken specifically in respect of the 
loss of public amenity arising from the practical consequences of the GWRC changed 
management practice.”
