This Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) is the sixth report on the progress of the Wellington Regional Land Transport Plan (RLTP) 2021, covering the period from 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026. The AMR tracks progress against the three ambitious headline targets, measures, and indicators in the Wellington RLTP, which monitor how the region is progressing towards achieving our regional outcomes as well as priorities set out in the Government Policy Statement (GPS) on Land Transport.
