“…If successful, how will WCC and Tiaki Wai find the money? How will legal costs be 
funded? By raising the rates? How many more cost increases do you think Wellington 
rate payers can absorb? Or will funds simply be diverted from other urgent projects? I 
strongly object to the rates I pay being used to fund this exercise and I simply cannot 
afford any further rates rises...”

“…An explanation of the reasons why GW made this decision would be very 
welcome.   It is hardly surprising there is media speculation with such a lack of clarity 
and transparency. Perhaps you could offer an explanation or point me to a publicly 
available document that would provide the answers…”
