“I request copies of the following documents relating to the prosecution initiated by Greater 
Wellington Regional Council concerning the Moa Point Wastewater Treatment Plant: 
1. The Information(s), charging document(s), or other originating court documents filed in 
the Wellington District Court on or about 1 October 2026 against: 
• Wellington City Council; and 
• Tiaki Wai. 
2. Any statement of facts, summary of facts, particulars of offending, or equivalent 
documents lodged with or provided to the Court at the time the charges were filed. 
3. Any schedules, appendices, or supporting documents filed with the charging documents 
that identify: 
• The alleged offences; 
• The dates or periods of offending; 
• The discharge events relied upon; 
• The alleged breaches of any abatement notice; and 
• The statutory provisions under which the charges were brought. 
4. Any covering memorandum, prosecution summary, or filing documents accompanying 
the charges that were submitted to the Court on or about 1 October 2026."
